This is for the woman waiting on the answer, the breakthrough, the healing, the apology, the opportunity, the baby, the love, the peace, or the version of herself she keeps praying to become.
Waiting can feel like standing still while everyone else is moving.
It can make you question your timing.
It can make you compare your journey.
It can make you wonder if what you desire is still possible.
But waiting does not mean nothing is happening.
Sometimes waiting is preparation.
Sometimes waiting is protection.
Sometimes waiting is where God strengthens the parts of you that the next season will require.
You are not forgotten in the wait.
You are being held.
You are being shaped.
You are being taught how to trust yourself again.
And when the season changes, you will understand why you had to grow before you received what you asked for.
